Sudden closure of Training Institutes in the midst of pandemic, “Corona Virus Disease” necessitated the virtual delivery of courses. ETC, Srikalahasti under the guidance of APSIRD & PR embraced the Online Trainings via the web conferencing site Microsoft Teams to deliver lectures to the participants.

First Online training was conducted from 17-08-2020 to 2-09-2020 to the leftover Grade –V Panchayath secretaries of Rayalaseema Districts. It is a Foundation Course.

Though Online Trainings have its’ limitations ,Trainees were given more learning opportunities by conducting Pre tests, Post Tests ,by giving Exercises and by taking Feedback through Microsoft forms. Trainees were given their performance reports. Grand test was conducted offline by the concerned MPDOs of the participant on 3-10-2020.All Training material (PPTs, Videos, hand books ) is made available to the participants in GVWV & GSWS Department website(learning Corner) and other platforms.
